Safe Teen Driver Community Event - The Warm Up

Fallston United Methodist Church will be hosting the "Safe Teen Driver" organization on Saturday and Sunday, April 26-27, 2014. Join us for an incredible story of forgiveness that teaches young drivers about responsibility on the road and in life!

We will start the event on Saturday, April 26th from 9am-2pm, with a driving course where teens (13-18) can drive golf carts with simulated distractions. Registration is requested. Teens that don't register can stand-by the day of the event, but there is no guarantee they will get to drive.  A driving instructor from Safe Teen Driver to set up and coordinate the courses.

Children of all ages can run through an inflatable obstacle course with simulated distractions.

The Maryland State Police will also be on hand with their Seat Belt Crash Simulator.  This simulator allows the occupent to experience how a 30 mph crash feels in order to reinforce the importance of seat belt safety.  Several local sponsors will showcase their goods and services that are relevant to our teens.

Thanks to our many local sponsors we will have some Fantastic Giveaways both days of the event.
