Kea Crowder Named Area Director of The Rose Group

Former General Manager Takes on New Role

NEWTOWN, PA, October 9, 2013 –The Rose Group, a leading franchisee of Applebee's Grill & Bar and Corner Bakery Cafe, is pleased to announce Kea Crowder as Area Director. Mrs. Crowder was promoted from General Manager of the Catonsville Applebee’s, a position she held since 2012.

 “As General Manager of the Catonsville Applebee’s, Kea’s contributions and impact have been incredible,” states B. Marks, Director of Operation for Applebee’s. “She’s developed a ‘See You Tomorrow’ culture second to none at the Cato store and has grown her managers into the strong players they are today. We know Kea will make a great addition to the Area Director ranks and will grow all aspects of the responsibility she controls.”

 Mrs. Crowder began her career with Applebee’s as Manager in December of 2010. She is a current President’s Council member where she builds and guides the marketing programs in the Baltimore region. She is also the 2012 recipient of The Rose Group’s Above and Beyond Award.
