Casper is a real sweet cat who was surrendered to the shelter when his owners were moving. He is patiently waiting in our Free Roam Room for a new family to take him to his fur-ever home. Casper has a very affectionate personality. Once he gets to know you, he will walk right into your lap and melt your heart. When he first came to the shelter, Casper stayed in the offices of our administrative building where he got along great with other cats and dogs.
